What is BMI?

Body Mass Index (BMI) is a value derived from your weight and height. It is calculated by dividing your weight in kilograms by the square of your height in meters (kg/m2). While it doesn't directly measure body fat, it provides a reliable indicator for most people.

Limitations of BMI
